Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make the payment.

Our team may contact you to confirm COD orders before shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track the delivery status of your package.

Incorrect Address
